Joe and his family farm in the beautiful county of Herefordshire between the towns of Hereford and Ledbury. His farm, which was orginally made up of traditional (well organic) apple and pear orchards, has been transformed since Joe took the farm over. Although it still has some apple and pear orchards alot of the farm has now been taken over by organic cherries and plums.
